The Collective Protection Microsite is an easy to use, accessible and open space for exchange of best practices, training, and resources on collective protection. A library, fully accessible on low-bandwidth connections, backed up with support from the Zero Tolerance Initiative coalition, for all indigenous peoples, afro-descendent and local communities to use and provide contributions.

Information you give us

For example, when you subscribe to our e-news via our website or make a donation, we’ll store personal information you give us such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number.

Information about your interactions with us

When we send e-newsletters (marketing) emails our system records who has opened them and which links within the message they have clicked on. This is purely to see how effective our outreach is in terms of the percentage of the database who opened the message, and whether they then followed the various links to concert information

Information from third parties

We receive no information about you from third parties and will never pass your information on to any third parties, apart from if the following reason should apply.

Where we are under a duty to disclose your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).

Sensitive personal data

Data Protection law recognises that certain categories of personal information are more sensitive such as health information, race, religious beliefs and political opinions. We never collect this type of information about our supporters.
