Lorsque nous avons pos\u00e9 ces questions aux participant-e-s d\u2019un atelier dans une r\u00e9gion rurale du Myanmar, une personne a r\u00e9pondu, \u00ab\u00a0Nous n\u2019avons pas le pouvoir de d\u00e9cider cela.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Trop souvent, nous avons l\u2019impression que le pouvoir de prendre des d\u00e9cisions sur l\u2019avenir de nos communaut\u00e9s nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9. Mais nous ne devons pas nous sentir impuissants. Il existe des mesures que nous pouvons adopter pour reprendre le contr\u00f4le et identifier nos propres priorit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement dans nos communaut\u00e9s. Les id\u00e9es et l\u2019expertise de la communaut\u00e9 peuvent ouvrir la voie \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement qui respecte les personnes et prot\u00e8ge l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n
